Heavens Fall Production Stills

Heavens Fall was filmed in Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia. The courthouse used in the film is in Monroeville, Alabama—the childhood home of To Kill A Mockingbird author Harper Lee. You can see an exact replica of this courthouse in the film adaptation of the book starring Gregory Peck. Fortunately for production, the building had been recently restored and we were given full access to shoot all our courtroom scenes there over a two-week period. The steam engine freight train in Heavens Fall is owned and operated by the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in Chattanooga.
